At Road Titan Freight, we strive to provide efficient and reliable freight services across the USA and Canada. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and service modifications are handled.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel a shipment before it has been scheduled for pickup without incurring any fees.
- Once a shipment is scheduled and a driver is assigned, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Cancellations made after the shipment has been picked up are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases at our discretion.
2. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined based on the status of the shipment:
- Before Pickup: Full refund (if no driver has been assigned).
- After Pickup but Before Transit: Partial refund (subject to administrative and handling fees).
- After Shipment is in Transit: No refunds will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
3. Delays & Service Interruptions
- If a shipment is delayed due to weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be provided.
- If the delay is caused by an error on our part, we will work with the customer to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund or credit for future shipments.
4. Failed Deliveries & Returns
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, lack of recipient, or other customer-related issues, rescheduling fees may apply.
- If the shipment is returned to the sender due to a failed delivery, additional handling and return fees will be charged.
- Refunds are not issued for undelivered shipments if the failure is due to the recipient’s unavailability or incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Dispute Resolution
- Customers must report any issues related to refunds or cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
- If a refund dispute arises, our team will review the case and communicate a resolution within 10 business days.
- Any disputes must be submitted in writing to info@roadtitanfreight.com with supporting documentation.
6. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
✔️ Shipments that have already been picked up and are in transit.
✔️ Expedited or priority shipping fees.
✔️ Fees related to customs clearance, duties, or taxes.
✔️ Additional services such as storage, redelivery, or special handling requests.
